I’ve received a lot of questions about Logan’s current schedule...primarily around feedings - so I wrote it out (swipe 👉🏻). Keep in mind, the times listed vary day by day but gives you a general idea of how our days typically pan out...at least for now 💁🏼♀️
I have a few extra days off work this week and next week and so far I have been VERY productive! It feels good to get stuff done after having such a slow start to January. 🙌
You didn’t ask, but here is what I have accomplished in the past few days: •cleaned the apartment, finished two patterns, purchased admin stuff and organized my 2017 numbers and got a new and better admin system started for 2018, cranked out some orders, researched and finally purchased a new laptop and followed up on emails.
Lastly, and most importantly, after a very lovely date with Brandon I regrouped myself mentally and emotionally and found my motivation and direction again. Please find someone in your life to play that role for you (or be that for someone else) because it is always SO appreciated. ♥️

Can you see a difference?
It's been a week now since I started this timed nutrition & new program and to be honest I do want to lose 20lbs by the end but at the same time I'm going to try my damnest not to get hung up on that number.
I'm going to commit 100% to the process, trust what the trainer is telling me to do and take progress pictures so that I can actually see changes instead of stressing over the effin' scale.
That scale derails me every single time, you know what I'm sayin'

I'm behind with all my post as I'm busy with meeting friends and all other things I like to see or do here. One week is just too short for it.
Ich bin in den letzten Tagen kaum dazu gekommen Bilder zu posten. Irgendwie keine Zeit. Wir von einer Verabredung zur nächsten gestürzt. Hatten jede menge Spaß dabei. Waren ausführlich shoppen und schlemmen. Ein wenig mehr nichts tun wäre auch schön gewesen . Eine Woche malaysia ist einfach viel zu kurz.
I’ve had the opportunity to travel around Scotland with @thefirstpiper this past week as he spoke with students from all over 🏴 It is easy to say, this country has quickly become one of my favorite places on earth!
