November 2017 - Dynamic #meditation in Collserola Natural Park, Barcelona. This meditation and walk, where pets were welcomed, was guided by my sister Monica Flames. She had walked many times along that path, sensing the #magicspots where nature would talk to her and instruct her of what benefit could be offered to an open soul stopping at that place: a rock, a special tree, a #dimensionalgate… It was a gift to follow her instructions, sense each specific special spot and do as instructed to benefit from each blessing coming from nature. When you enter a #magicplace in nature, or in general any forest, you should always ask for permission to #mothernature and to the soul of that forest while feeling a great amount of respect. When you act so, you should never have problems when in nature and then you can benefit at its most from what mother earth has to give you, which is usually amazing.
Barcelona has this Natural Park on its outskirts, at the opposite side of the sea and it connects parts of the city with other surrounding towns like Sant Just Desvern or Sant Feliu de Llobregat, where me and my sister live. The walk started from Sant Just Desvern. If you live in Barcelona, check for future meditations as special sites outdoors or sacred indoors spots (churches, monesteries…). For any of you who would love to benefit from nature in general or the magic spots close by where you live, show that respect to the place first and then try to connect with each living being there, trying to listen to what is being offered to you. Follow your instict and stop where you feel you should, ask for help, healing or just a blessing. And benefit from either hugging a tree (feeling its love in your heart for a while) or putting your back against its trunk (allowing the tree to cleanse your energy). I usually take 30-60 minutes walks several days a week doing so and my energy is re-charged ready to heal more people at my highest potential. Enjoy nature’s gifts, enjoy life, lovely souls 🌳☘️🍁
There's no denying that the natural processes of pregnancy and birth are mind blowing, but what happens in that early postpartum period is what really solidifies my belief that we shouldn't question nature. *The baby's innate instinct to seek out the breast and begin feeding. *The baby's kicks against the mother's tummy whilst it climbs, searching for the breast help to massage the womb down to prevent haemorrhage. *The high fat colostrum that is already sitting there just waiting to nourish the baby. *The oxytocin that is released when the baby feeds, which in turn contracts the uterus. When birth and postpartum is undisturbed it's a near perfect system!🙌🏼 #mothernature
