Today I went to the gym and did the 5:45 AM workout class. Was it hard waking up that early to go to the gym? Yes. Did I wish that I could have slept in longer? Yes. Was I intimidated to go back to the gym after being gone for so long? Yes. Buuuuuut! I did it and I feel so good and I’m so proud of myself! Here’s to many more morning workouts!
Day 8/80 ✅ 3 fast rounds today equaling 1 amazing 60 minute workout! .
I’ve decided to move my workouts to mid morning this week. This will help me be able to finish all my meals earlier in the evening not having to eat at 8-9pm. It will also allow me to hopefully have to pause less often to take care of dinner, kids and homework. Yes there are still kids here during the day but they are a little more entertained by me and like jumping in with me. .

Wow, today looked like it was going to be easy so I did 25 min of yoga instead of 10 min. I needed three different weights to all the reps plus a band to do the 20-30 min home workout. I’d start out with the heavy and work my way down until I finished the reps. I’ve never done an arm workout structured like that. It was the good kind of difficult! Yesss, it’s Monday. We all gotta go back to work. Mehhh haha. I was so pumped last night to workout this morning and of course I slept a little later than expected and it was hard to wake up this morning. Especially when bed is just super cozy warm. My room is cold, like brick lol. Anyways that’s my rant of what happens in the morning. BUT then I see all my ladies working out AND then I gooooooo..ahhhh let’s do this shit. Haha 😂 literally. Today’s workout was tough. Used heavier weights + tougher bands. But it’s all pain sweat and tears right.
This morning has been anything but lazy!
It started with feeding Ginny breakfast, then making some for myself while she refused to be out down.
Then we played a bit until I had a coaching team call, where I also folded laundry because #multitasking
Then I attempted to get my workout in while Ginny put everything in her mouth and unfolded all my clothes
Then I fed her lunch and attempted to put the apartment back together.
Praise the Lord, she is finally napping. Days like today could totally throw me off, but this morning I chose to keep powering through, trying to be the best version of myself!

“if you act like time isn’t important, that it’s fully worth wasting and disrespecting, you’re not in alignment with what you say you want so you’re gonna have a hard time getting it. Think of time as a person. Would you expect time to keep showing up for you if you constantly treated it like it was just some dumb thing that didn’t matter?” Everyone says there aren’t enough hours in the day. Which may be true but this quote speaks volumes. You need to make time to have time. You don’t have enough time to workout in the morning but you have enough time to go out and drink until 2am so you sleep in until noon. You don’t have enough time to cook healthy but you have time to sit in the long line at McDonald’s drive thru and then go inside to complain your order is incorrect.
Respect time and it’ll be good to you. Set your priorities and intentions. Make time for things that will better yourself not put you down or make your body feel bad.
Right now im doing t25 and its only 25 minutes a day 5 times a week. And you can do them anywhere! How can you not be interested?! And there are workouts for everyone. I’ve heard it be compared to Netflix, just an on demand app with hundreds of workouts.

Gerade jetzt in der Prüfungsphase brauch ich das einfach.🤸🏼♂️🏃🏼♀️ Ich habe den Westpark für mich wiederentdeckt. 🙌🏼Als Abwechslung zur Isar, ist der Westpark für mich ein großer Spielplatz mit kurzen Trails, vielen Mauern und Bänken um darauf zwischen den Läufen kleine Workouts einzulegen 👍🏼 💕 wo trainiert ihr am liebsten? Outdoor/Gym? Garnicht? 😄
