What are you focusing your attention on each day? Have you heard the saying that what you focus on, you get more of? I know from experience that this is true! 80% of our thoughts are the SAME thoughts from the day before. Are you wondering why it feels like Groundhog Day each day?! If you're tired of living Groundhog Day try this!
1) write down three things that you'd really like to see happen in the next 30 days ( more money materializing? New job/job lead? A new home? A new relationship starting? New friends?) 2) write down the things, people, or thoughts you would need to focus on to get you to your desire (create a profile on a dating website, start looking online for houses, talk to your boss about a raise, check out a meet up of your interest to meet new people). 3) get a notebook and set a timer for every hour tomorrow. Ask yourself, what am I thinking about right now? Are you thinking about what you need to do, how you need to be to see your desire materialize? Or, are you having the same worries, frustrations, negative thinking about how you can't have what you want or you've already tried and it didn't work. Write those that's in feelings down without judgment.
4) do this every day for the next 7 days and see what you notice about your thoughts and focus. Have you taken steps to get closer to your desire or are you thinking the same exact thought you were thinking 7 days ago?

⚠️ Qualifier Mackenzie McDonald from the United States (ranked 186), fought for 3 hours and 26 minutes until the end of the fifth set against Grigor Dimitrov in the second round at the @australianopen. This is the end for him in Australia but he nevertheless had a great run. Here he is on the practice court during the last French Open. Congrats Mackie!
