Rise and shine to some home style chilaquiles from @thebitelv
It’s honestly the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The chips are crunchy, sauce has spice to it and the eggs are runny. (It’s making me hungry just thinking about them😍) ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️

Taco Bread!! Why have a piece of bread when you can have the whole loaf? But how? Recipe below👇🏻
Loaf of bread
1 pound of Ground beef
1 chopped onion
3 cups of tex mex cheese divided
1 cup of chopped cilantro
1 cup of melted butter
1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Brown the ground beef. Add the onions and cook until they become see through. Add the taco seasoning, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Cook until the cheese has melted and all the beef is cooked. Ser aside.
Slice a loaf of bread lengthwise into 3. (I used Jalapeno cheddar). Add the ground beef to the first bottom layer of bread. Add some shredded cheese on top the beef and then place the second piece of bread on top.
Combine 1 cup of melted butter, 2 cups of shredded cheese, chopped cilantro and garlic. Add half the mixture to the top of the middle bun.
Add the top piece of bread to the cheesy center and then using the remaining cheese mixture, paint the top of the loaf.
Close the loaf with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 15-20 minutes.

The Beef Lover’s Taco... CABEZA !
Stuffed w/ melt-in-your-mouth ‘beef cheek’ and meat slowly roasted on the bone and spicy salsa verde. One of my favorites from El Toro Bravo. Cabeza means ‘head’, but don’t let that scare you, it’s just the rich “meat” from the head. If you’ve never tried one, trust me... you’ll love it !
