Stuffed w/ melt-in-your-mouth ‘beef cheek’ and meat slowly roasted on the bone and spicy salsa verde. One of my favorites from El Toro Bravo. Cabeza means ‘head’, but don’t let that scare you, it’s just the rich “meat” from the head. If you’ve never tried one, trust me... you’ll love it !
