Weightroom got a little signage upgrade today thanks to a donation from former members Nathan Westbrook ‘14, Jesse Burttschell ‘16, and current President Scott Dobbins ‘15 who are all members of the 2015 National Championship Team. We’re looking to add another year up there at #CSTX2018!
This is a thank you post to @marksmellybell for telling me about @andyfrisella and what he does. I never knew about Andy, what he did, does, or accomplished. But upon seeing his post a few weeks back about his mentors and the people he looks up to, I looked into Andy and what he does. I've spent some time listening to his podcast and what his beliefs are. And holy fuck they are amazing. I keep listening and keep wanting to do better.
So today...after a few weeks of listening to the podcast on my phone when I drive, I had a new stereo installed and the first thing I listened to? The #MFCEO project. And as the soft white and red led glow shined from the new deck, I just thought how grateful I am to Mark for telling the world about Andy and to Andy for putting out such great content.

BOOTY BURNOUT 🔥🔥🔥
I always love ending my workout with a huge superset of 2-3 exercises! It fires your glutes, while also increasing your heart rate!! I used my @mbslingshot - however you can do it with regular resistance bands or no bands! The bands give you an extra challenge however 😊 Complete these 3 exercises with little rest between sets!
4 rounds of 15-20 reps each exercise:
1. Banded Goblet Box Squats - keep tension in your glutes the whole time & do not lock your knees out & stand up between reps, keep constant tension! Feel the burn 🔥
2. Banded Squat Box Jumps - lightly tap your booty on the box and squeeze your glutes thru the entire movement! Again; focus on keeping constant tension. You do not need to try to jump your highest during these!
3. Banded Step-Ups - keep your core tight & squeeze your booty even tighter! These will burn!
I promise you, you will be strugglin’ to walk after this killer finisher! Grow that booty 🍑 Tag a friend who wants to grow their booty 💃🏼
506.8lbs raw lift. This was for a little call out so spent the day cleaning up SMASH FITNESS. Took down the weight of each plate and used my Monster Bar ;) No lift off, no spot, raw lift.
