A bit of food prep. Two lots of baked eggs with button mushrooms and mozeralla for breakfast and basa cooked in a bit of olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper served with spinach (iceberg lettuce for him) and topped with homemade raita.
Lunch prep for tomorrow. Im really getting into the habit of doing this now.. although the money I’m saving from Pret/Itsu/Tossed is actually just going to Zara instead I think 😂🤦🏼♀️
Quinoa and buckwheat with tofu, avocado, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, chilli flakes and my leftover homemade sun-dried tomato humous that I can’t get enough of 🤤

Rice cakes with greek cream cheese (one serving for both cakes), organic banana with the rest of my #sunbutter and organic coconut pb and some ww granola bites ontop😋
Not a real beauty- but convenient and #delicious.
Chickpea noodle salad with brussel sprouts and blavk beans- perfect if you want some carbs with a little protein. And perfect on the go! Strongly varied from the Kale-in-it bean salad from the #healthyselfreset, but I'm making do with what I get 😉
Lunch packed & ready to go! Thank you all so much for commenting on the previous post with all of your lunch ideas. It can sometimes be a pain in the butt to plan for, but I can assure you, you will be eating better and spending way less money. Planning is key to staying healthy. It can be as something as simple as packing a pb and j with a side of last nights leftover vegetables. Prepping lunch will go a long way with meeting your weight loss goals , pinky promise!

Baby 👶🏻 & workers 👨🏻💼👩⚖️lunchbox friendly 6 ingredient blueberry muffins 😛 #nofussfood 🌍
1. Mash up a banana
2. Pour in 3/4 cup of plain flour
3. One egg
4. Teaspoon of baking powder
5. 1/4 a cup of milk
7. Oil 2-3 teaspoons
6. Mix it all up and lob in some optional fruit or blueberries
7. Bake in the oven on 200c for 20-25mins
