Introducing ‘Meditation Make-Over’, my highly transformational 4 week course that will have you replying to negativity like: “New me. Who dis?” Each week we will work at unearthing unhealed wounds from your past that have kept you stuck repeating the same unhealthy addictions, behaviours and patterns in your present. Once released we welcome in NEW positive ways of being which are intuitively CHOSEN and DESIGNED by you. Enabling you to recognise the truth, that those negative behaviours were never who you truly were, they were just learned ways of being stemming from your childhood and past trauma. 🍂 This is for souls ready to SHOW UP. Ready to break the negative cycles once and for all. Ready to finally step into their God given power and own their God given truth. For when we heal ourselves we heal the world 🌱
I have been feeling pretty out of whack lately. Emotional highs and lows are pretty normal for me but what I've been feeling is some sort of cosmic shift within myself. I feel a lot of my past bubbling to the surface and I've been forced to deal with the trauma from that time head on. I have grown so much from in unstable girl I once was, but some days I feel myself crumbling under the pressure of trying to balance everything in my life. I know that I am stronger than what my mind tells me though and I know that I can overcome any obstacle. Truthfully I have always been an emotionally driven being, ever since I can remember, and now that I am older I realize this ties into me being empathic. I've just been trying to go with the flow and lately let go of everything that is emotionally holding me back. I've been allowing myself comfort in vulnerability and allowing my emotions to pour through me when I feel them instead of questioning things. Today I am the storm.
I am healing ✨ I am strong. I am worthy of abundance, prosperity and positive energy. I am confident in myself and in speaking my truth. I am open to receiving angel numbers and signs from the universe. I visualize and manifest my dreams and turn them into reality. I trust in the divine timing of the universe. I have everything I need in the present. I allow my emotions to be felt and to flow through me, but I do not allow them to control or consume me. I have the ability to turn negative energy into positive energy. The energy from other's does not upset me. I do not compare myself to others because I have my own unique gifts to give to the world. I am grounded and enjoy living in the present moment. I am humble. I am grateful. I open my heart up to unconditional love ❤
To the Free-spirited Mom who feels like she gave up her dreams for her babies... PLEASE read this and soak up some of my words.
I wanted to write you a letter. You've been on my heart and I think I know exactly what you're feeling when you see all these successful single women living their sexy, abundant, lavish lifestyle that includes traveling every other week or whatever. I know watching or scrolling past those posts can make your stomach sink.
Your life is not over just because you chose to be a mom. Some people just don’t know when to shut their mouths and they say Shit that they can’t take back. People will always tell you that when you become a parent, you're required to sacrifice all the things you love and want to do in life to raise your babies.
That is SO NOT TRUE.
It is FAR from the truth. You're allowed to have both! You aren't a bad mom because you have ambition-- in fact, that is fucking amazing because you're teaching your babies that GOING AFTER WHAT YOU WANT is actually the way to make shit happen. So don't listen to that BS.
You're amazing and you're allowed to have a successful career and be a good mom.
Dream on, sister ✨✌🏼
Educating people about equality and human rights empowers your students with learning they can use far beyond the classroom – in fact they will take it out into their homes and beyond into the wider community. The respect and tolerance it teaches will help you and your students to create a healthier, happier, fairer school culture, and could lead to reductions in bullying and other negative behaviour, and improvements in attainment and aspirations.
