This was the toughest and craziest dayhike I had so far in my entire life - traversing the 48+ kilometers Mount Tapulao via Tarlac Superloop trail from Mayantoc (Tarlac) towards Palauig (Zambales) in a single day. 11 RIVER crossings, 10 MOUNTAINS scaled some passed, 20 HOURS of river trekking, walking into wilderness and open ridges and the notorious 16+KM rocky trail of Tapulao that left both of my toenails dead. Proud to be one of the four leadpack who finished within 24 hours despite having a very bad injury on my left knee. I just keep on walking, glad I survived!

Looking forward to camp here next time around. We we're prohibited last time from doing the traverse towards Kidapawan for security reasons. But I never missed the opportunity to visit this very beautiful Lake Venado for the first time. Worth every muscle pain and aching knees going back and forth. 😜🙌🇵🇭
