Today I woke up extremely thankful, especially after what happen to me yesterday. Being stabbed in my hip protecting a old couple on the subway.
The reality is that it probably wasn't my smartest decision to Interfere. But the way I am built in my heart is to love life and be protective. And I believe I was there for a reason yesterday at that very particular time. Because it could have been that old couple or someone else who could have been assaulted.
Like I always say, God puts us and people in our paths for a reason.
The world is a crazy place now, and that's why we need to love more .

On today’s lunch menu: avocado toast. On one I used avocado and a hard boiled egg (yes, I still eat eggs every once in a while) and on the other I used avocado, feta cheese, tomato and fresh basil. 🥑 ps: not pictured is 3 more eggs to get more fat and protein in. Spending my morning being better. Spin class & stretching done. I usually listen to @themfceoproject podcasts while I drive, but I’ve found it’s not enough to really get & execute the message. So write down ya notes & make it happen! #BeBetter#WorkHarder
Just a couple exercises from my quad focused session last night. I’ve found a new love for landmine Squats! Also a forward tilt to Lunges. That much more of a burn!

There isn’t a whole lot of heavy weights at my work’s gym, so it seemed like a perfect day to do another high volume workout. Not to mention, after our leg day workout, Aubrie and I have been on a huge high rep kick. I’m loving it and definitely feel sore afterwards. So, bookmark this workout and give this a try! I finished the entire workout in under 60 minutes, so as Aubrie would say, you can rest when you’re done. @aubrieb .
4x20-Chest Supported Dumbbell Low Row, squeeze at contraction. Immediately into 4x20-Chest Supported Dumbbell Row.
4x30-Wide Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown, squeeze at the bottom. Superset with below.
4x30-Straight Single Arm Side Lat Pulldown. Superset with above.
4x20-Low Cable Row, squeeze at contraction. Immediately into 4x20-Standing Row.
4x30-Straight Arm Lat Pulldown.
4x30-Bent Over Plate Rows.
4xFailure-Wide Grip Pull-up.

Little nugget is 2 weeks shy of being 6 months!! - his half birthday ( p.s they have wicked cute half birthday outfits at babies r us 😂) . SO much has changed - noah is a super happy smiley baby! - he is about 18lbs right now and 24
Inches long 😅. He just started baby food maybe 2 weeks ago- just for “ experiment fun “ as the doctors say. He still needs his bottles. He has about 4 bottles a day at 8oz each 🤣 ( I do not BF , made a post about that last week ) . Sleeps throughout the night still- takes 2 naps during the day! - loves his sister and his “older “ little cousins - VERY observant just like his father 💙 as for momma - I am not as tan as you can tell 😫😂 I had just gotten back from our family trip a week before he was born! , not as exhausted , missing my belly though ( [email protected] other mommas feel the same ) BUT at the same time I’m glad to have my body back ( even if it isn’t 100% back to it because I still have “ extra “ skin , wrinkles , and added more cellulite and stretch marks ) but I love them 💙. However I do weigh back to my pre pregnancy body ( had a doctor visit today ) . It honestly wasn’t a major goal of mine or anything, but I happened to get there ( few pounds up and down here and there 🤷🏽♀️). What else? No more highlights , back to my full time work being a full time career woman/momma/girlfriend/friend YA KNOOOOOOOOW💙💙💕💕💪🏽💪🏽 I got this !!
