He is fit 4 the hills. How about you? ▫️
It’s so much more fun to get after your mountain adventures when you train and prepare for it.
Enrolling in our fit 4 the hills training program will get you physically and mentally ready for the more challenging and longer trips. You can get started as soon as this Monday.
We have Fit 4 the hills level one that can be done out of home with some occasional gym time but mostly out on the field training. This is for the recreational back packer that typically likes doing shorter trips and just loves the outdoors.
We also have fit 4 the hills level 2 which is for the intermediate to advanced backpacker with specific trips planned and know the importance of training for them. The level 2 is for those that want to get ready for longer trips lasting up to 14 days or more. If you are into peak bagging then this program is perfect for you as well.
We also provide tips and strategies to get you into the right gear that will work best for you and for the season of your trip. You also get to join the fit 4 the hills forum where we can all come together and share our trips with others and gain insight from those with more wilderness experience. You’d be surprised on how many places there are to explore! There is so much to learn and @thegames2014 always stays updated on all the latest when it comes to gear. .
