Somewhat rare to see such beautiful blue skies in the Milford Sound. Mitre Peak providing a lovely reflection. 📷 thanks to @meghanmaloneyphotography

This is probably one of my favourite shots from my time spent exploring Fiordland by boat. The layers of the different inlets and fiords looking down the coast towards Mt Pembroke were just insane on this morning. Coupled with a bit of sea fog and a mollymawk we have every photographers dream 😍🕊️🗻👍
Oh hey Godley Heads 👋🏼 Cool to see a well known running & hiking haunt from a different perspective.
I’m on a wee mission to see more of Banks Peninsula in the next while. It’s so pretty in these bays. Loving the contrast of water, hills & sky ☀️⛰💧
Mussels outside today, we can't think of anything better! Caught just down the road, this big bowl of steamed green lip mussels and clams with white wine, lemon and parsley is a real winner! #queenstown
The closest word I can use to describe this place is unearthly. Glow worm caves had been a must-see New Zealand experience for years before I decided to visit, but all of the tours we looked into were either far too touristy or didn’t allow for photography. Two week ago I heard about this place from another traveller, and it has been one of the biggest highlights of the trip (next to the tunnel stream with big ass spiders). One room down here was equivalent to sitting underneath the Milky Way galaxy on a starry night; glow worms in the thousands hung across the walls and the stalactites and lit up the entire cave. What an incredible world we have to explore!

A bridge to somewhere...most likely the next campsite 😉

One Ring to rule them all. One Ring to find them.
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them... @hobbitontours was quite an experience and brought a figment of my Middle Earth imagination to reality...
