I know the feeling ALL too well of hating myself in the mirror.. my face, my body, my hair, everything. I understand your frustration. The good news is, there’s a silver lining! -
See yourself as beautiful because you’re so unique and different and that is a miracle. YOU are a miracle.
Identify why you don’t feel beautiful. Are you comparing yourself to other people? Stop that✋🏻 Comparison is totally lost when you fully believe that your uniqueness is the most awesome thing there is.
Practice practice practice. It has taken me eonssssss to feel comfortable and loving of what I see in the mirror. Be patient and work at it. You can absolutely do it and I have so much faith in you 💕
In order for the light to shine so brightly, the darkness must be present. - After squats I do 4 sets of lunges. 10 steps forward and back with 70 lbs in each hand. - These weights will challenge you. The key thing is to finish. By teaching yourself to push through hardship, you are also teaching yourself how to survive. - This workout is not an easy one. - Thank you @nicki.in.motion for the @lftvet shirt.
