Delicious 0sp fruit salad! Guys—this is amazingly good!!! I small box of Jello Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding
1 can of Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Juice
1 can of Mandarin Oranges NO sugar added. Drained
1 can fruit cocktail NO sugar added
Container of fresh strawberries, sliced
Dump the pineapple and juice in a large bowl, combine the pudding powder and stir until dissolved , drain mandarin oranges and dump into pineapple mixture along with the rest of the ingredients, stir until everything is covered. Then chill. *Note: I add bananas as I eat a serving because the bananas brown.
Water 💦and fruit 🍓🍍🍑. That’s all it took to make this smoothie! Although I already had my superfoods shake I had one more serving of fruit left for the day and I really didn’t feel like eating it so I blended up a couple strawberries with some frozen mixed fruit, a little water and bam! I have myself a little treat before bed. Plus it feels good on my cough 😷.
Basically I’m obsessed with carbs, and anything that would make me give those babies up completely is NOT for me! Nooo thank you!🤚🏻 •
What I needed was to learn when I should stop stuffing my face with carbs and maybe have a carrot. 🙈 Old Christy had no self control and gave into binging when I felt deprived.😭😤

Today has been a fun day spent celebrating my sweet Buggie! Today is her 12th birthday and she wanted Chinese food for lunch so we went to the local Chinese restaurant with my mom and sister. I have no idea how to count the points but I got the lowest point option on the menu, I’m sure of it. The fish I got had just broccoli and shrimp (steamed) with a clear sauce that was pretty terrible and tasted like it was nothing but salt. For dinner she requested her favorite - lasagna. I made it as point friendly as I could (lean beef, Italian turkey sausage, light cheeses, zero point tomato sauce ingredients). My portion looks big in the pic but it was actually really small. I had a big salad to fill me up along with the steamed broccoli she requested as well. I don’t know the exact points for my meals today but I do feel good about them. I also only had two bites of the lemon pie she asked me to make (I had to eat some so she wouldn’t get offended that I didn’t want any.) Tomorrow she has one more meal at the local Italian restaurant that she loves (this time it’s my treat, today my mom treated her) and I’m hoping I can stay on track then.
