Happy Friday, friends 🌟! We made it! Idk about you, but it was a beast of a week. Lots of problem solving and creative thinking. As stressful as that can be, it’s good exercise for the brain, right 😜?! I finally got back to yoga this week (🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼) and my first class back filled me up and made me so happy. It’s still tough to get there in the evenings with my busy work + school schedule, but my goal is at least 2-3x per week (doable! 💫)! I’m happy to report that I’ve been meditating twice a day (sometimes 3x a day!) since I committed to the new about just over a week ago. There have been a few times (mostly evenings) where I’ve been super close to forgetting to take those 10 quick minutes to myself, but the alarms that I’m setting on my phone each day are keeping me accountable 👌🏼! Tonight, I’m looking forward to a surprise date coordinated completely by Ben 🌹...I have literally zero idea what we’re doing—fun! Surprises (well, good ones anyway) are one of my favorite things. Do you like surprises or do you prefer to know it all ahead of time?! (I feel like this is such a good question for understanding a person lol 🙃)

But, we went through the standing sequence and since I had already practiced a ton before she came over, as she went into the primary series i half played/half laid down and we yoga-ed and talked and breathed and enjoyed the in between silence."

Post class playtime. This inversion has been on my 'to-do' list for aaaages.... Finally worked up the confidence to go up away from the wall. Felt AMAZING.
