When the Bible says Arise like in Isaiah 60, Arise means we have not attained.
Whatever you may have experienced is just a foretaste or an aroma of what Gods preparing for you and it will be an error to be satisfied with it.
God is often disappointed because when He is done cooking and sets the table, we've gone satisfied with the aroma. We perceive the aroma and scream “Yes! I got it” and celebrate away and never feed on what God has prepared for us.
Arise is say don’t be satisfied, Arise is saying bring more jars so the oil can keep flowing. I like the last verse of the hymn draw me nearer, its say that they are heights and depths we may never know. So don’t think you know.
So therefore when we go to God, Pray in this way;
Our Father who is in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we have forgiven our debtors [letting go of both the wrong and the resentment].
And do not lead us into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever.
