The Island Life.. and how I ate.. If you read and followed my holidays tips you would've seen that I don't deprive myself and obsess about what I eat on holiday. If I felt for something I had it and moved on. I ate mindfully and made healthy choices where I could.. I ate good quality foods and snacked on the healthy snacks I took from home, which I showed you snaps of.. but also on some chocolates from Mauritius 🙃 PS I swear I go back every year only for that burger! It's seriously the best in the world! I did have a lot of sugar, so yesterday I had zero sugar, dealt with the expected headache and today I'm back on track with healthy wholesome food. We left behind all we knew to start over in a new place. We as in me and my little man of course. It’s been quite the trip for the both of us honestly. No 2 days are remotely alike and for someone who loves her schedules to help manage her ocd and anxiety😳 let’s just say the struggle has been REAL. Trying to figure out who’s being honest and who has poor selfish intentions. Trying to figure out how to stand tall by themselves after always having someone by their side😳 it’s been crazy. I knew this wasn’t an easy decision but I’ve definitely ran across a few poor decisions and ill intentioned people🤦🏼♀️😷 but I’ve also came across so many beautiful, like-minded, caring, inspirational, and down to earth people and I’m absolutely BLOWN AWAY. And the best part👉🏼👉🏼 it’s been through coaching and fitness 😍 something I’m passionate about keeps bringing dope things into my life even when I don’t realize it. The limit does not exist when it comes to the fitness community👉🏼 nothing our community can’t handle💪🏼 and we ALL had to start somewhere. 👭 I want to help you start babe. 4 Crawling Bears
3 Bench Hops
2 Hurdle Jumps
& A set of 10 burpees!
8 leg lowers. On your back, hands by your side or under your butt. Lift and lower your legs. Keep your core engaged.
