I really don’t feel confident in sharing this but here goes.
It’s my time of the month so I am very bloated I will take another one after the red devil goes away. •••
But before this I hated my body, I felt tired all the time and weak. I changed my diet and just started going for runs here and there. •••
This tells you how much JUST changing your diet can do to your body and health because I feel completely different. I’m always thriving and awake.
It’s not a HUGE difference to you guys but it is for me.

Working out at home I don’t feel like there’s eyes on me like at the gym. Honestly it used to give me anxiety being at the gym. That is why I never went to the gym. I paid for it, wasted a bunch of money 💰. Idk, I guess just doing this fitness thing at home in comfort, gives me a safety net. In case I trip and fall or if I make weird faces or noises. Whatever it may have been that triggered my anxiety at gyms.... I’m glad I have this thing going where I don’t need to worry about it. And if I need support I jump on my computer and talk to my ever growing network of people on the same road. If I don’t feel like working out I just get on Instagram and see stories of people pressing play when they didn’t want to. And that alone motivates me. I can take my shirt off during my workout and be happy to know I don’t have eyes staring too. Yep. There’s many reasons why I love Team Beachbody. .
But anyway, I know some of you struggle... just like I struggled. So why not get off that struggle train and get into something that will fit your needs? Why not change your lifestyle and start doing something for YOURSELF! Because you deserve to live your best life possible. Commit to a program, allow the pro trainers to work your booty everyday for at the least 25 min. There’s a program for everyone! Meal plans, accountability group, & rewards for finishing and logging your progress. What’s not to love? Contact me and let me be your coach, you will have me as your personal troubleshooter. If you need to FaceTime one night a week and workout I’m there for you. Let’s be virtual workout buddies! Let’s chat about your fitness goals so I know what I need to do to support your journey. .
Got a nagging injury?? Even if you don’t Read below 👇
These are my first PAIN FREE pull-ups since summer 2016. I’ve had chronic golfers elbow. And let me tell you it sucks. At first it just hurt pull-ups so I’d do other things. But it began impeding on all other back and biceps movements and soon pushing exercises including bench press, overhead press etc. Then even just holding the barbell on my back squat hurt.
I tried EVERYTHING (or so I thought) ...Foam/lacrosse ball rolled my entire body. Stretched like a maniac. Tried strengthening every odd end muscle I could think of. Massages. Acupuncture. Taking more rest days. Taking an entire month off training upper body. High reps, low reps/low volume. Everything.
Now...I still don’t know what cured it, but I do know when i roll out my triceps, chest, and shoulder girdle entirely...it goes away. In 2012 I partially tore my pec so I’m almost certain the scar tissue caused me to move in a way that caused elbow pain. And it’s just taken a TON of breaking up to get thru it. So, if you are currently experiencing pain that won’t go away consider these points:
1. Keep an OPEN MIND. Don’t be trapped into the thinking “oh it hurts here it must be massaged here too”. In fact it’s almost ALWAYS somewhere else. Hunt around your whole body, NOTHING should hurt when you lay on top of a roller, if it does...hold it til it doesn’t.
2. Do not ignore pain/tightness, get on it ASAP. A) it’ll get rid of it that much easier and B) it won’t turn into some other issue/pain C) it’s not going away on its own.
3. Stretch. I can’t harp this enough. Everyone should stretch regularly. LOOK for places that are tight, don’t just stretch spaces that feel good. Even if you don’t work out a lot you’re going to get tight from life. Use it to work on breathing, relaxing and getting away from your phone/stress at the very least.
4. No it’s not your gluten. Learn to move well
Hope this helped someone. Remember it’s your body, no one will care about it as much as you do. ✌️
2017 was an interesting a year. In April, I had a knee surgery form an injury I sustained playing football and realized that the thing I gained from most experiences was weight. 383Ibs was my all time high by the end of the year I weighed 329Ibs. This 54Ibs weight loss came with crazy workouts and a new eating habit. The reason for this post is that; from now on I’ll try to post my workouts and meals and hope to inspire somebody on the same journey. Support and suggestions are welcomed but keep all the negativity away!! #280isthegoal#striveforgreatness#crossfit#bodybuilding#healthandfitness
#125estl’objectif #striveforgreatness#crossfit#bodybuilding#healthfitness
