✨✨✨ Thank you @ljclarkson for sharing this message and for letting me stumble upon it - the past few years I've really come to the realization that I live in fear of judgement of others. Honestly, the truth is that it effects my life in a number of ways and hinders me from trying new things, sharing my opinion, sharing my passions, etc. I have really been trying to shed this fear of judgement and fear of people that I think of as friends, acquaintances, anyone talking negatively about me. With this I'm also proactively trying to not judge others or talk negatively about other people behind their back. I've just noticed this trend of being like "oh did you see..." or "ugh she just" and I AM OVER IT. Good for her/them/whoever for doing their thing! 🤷🏼♀️ One of my favorite thing about the #tiuteam and other female fitness accounts on here is the community and support and I am trying to bring that to all areas of my life 💕

Let’s talk on the go meals 🤗 Meal prepping is great, but for people who have a mobile office like me - it’s not always feasible. Because I’m in my car all day, I don’t have access to a microwave so my meal prep consists of salad and cold chicken. 💪🏼
Because of that - I am OBSESSED with these tuna packets. You can get them for like $1 each and they’re PROTEIN PACKED. 2 packets truly do fill me up even when I don’t bring a salad! Plus you can make them into a sandwich, put them on a salad, or eat It straight from the pouch. 🙌🏼 plus they have SO. MANY. FLAVORS! 👏🏼 .

The friendships I have made with my team is indescribable.

I've always been a part of a "team" whether it was a sports team or in my sorority in college.
After I graduated i no longer had that team to be a part of.
I reached out to a friend & sure enough, the friendship & team have been amazing.
We have traveled together ((I road tripped to New Orleans with these ladies last summer)) We can connect after not seeing each other in person in months & connect likes we just saw each other.
It truly is something different.
It truly is something I was missing back in may of 2015.

Got my morning workout in today and even made my way to the gym tonight to get a quick walk in 🌙 I cannot wait until it's summer so I can get my walks/runs in outside! Right now I just save up all of the YouTube videos that I want to watch to watch on the treadmill, works like a charm as long as my favorites are putting videos up 💫
I need a day off from my weekend! Kids are in bed and for the first time all day, I’m sitting... well, actually laying down. Run happened bright and early this morning... 16 miles done before 8am ... to then be out the door by 9am for a fun day at Knotts Berry Farm. Then birthday dinner for one of my brothers (I have three). Put a fork in me, I’m done! 😴😴•• All I can remember from this mornings run was it was warm and windy. I had 20 minutes of work, thrown in there. I decided to wait until the very end to do the meat of this workout. Mainly because the elevation was gradual up and then gradual down. The thought of doing GHMP up and down hills is just plain torture. I was tired towards the end and the wind had picked up. I wish I could say it was on my back for most of it.... oh well. I did have the wind for about the last 2 minutes 🙌🏽... I wish my splits were a little more consistent but the gradual up and then down, plus wind 🤷🏽♀️ .... Swipe 👉🏽to take a look.
