Last year was extremely confusing for me, especially this night. I went to an occasion that wasn’t something I’d normally go to and honestly had a miserable time. After that night, I decided to stay in my lane.
We all have experiences or instances were not proud of or that we wish we could change, but then again why would you want to? After #NYE 2017 I chose me for the first time in my life and it brought me so many joyful moments. My first #ArnoldExpo, I graduated, met new people & chose my select few friends, I went on trips, I gained more size & committed more to the gym, became an #OnlinePersonalTrainer and I formed relationships I’ll never forget.
Was there certain pain in these moments or experiences that I never thought would occur? Yeah, but hey guys newsflash... that’s life lol. Nothing ever goes as planned and somethings you have to trust where your heart and God’s guiding you and let that be. He knows what he’s doing.
So here’s to 2018 even 20 days in. New experiences, travels and growth to come and always appreciating everything for what it was. In order to grow and move ahead in life you have to first accept the past, & if it revisits you in a new moment you’ll be able to appreciate it that much more. You’ll also be able to take hold of all the new experiences to come. So be thankful for your past, but you eventually you can’t be sacred to start looking forward. -

If there’s one ‘sport’ I think everyone should do... then it’s yoga!! It’s my favourite time of the week whenever I have a class at @revivehotyogawirral !
Friday = an hour of relaxation float away yoga (aka I fall asleep at the back) and then an hour of my own flow at home working on weaknesses.
I’ve sped these up for the purpose of the film. But I try and hold each position for 45 seconds and going deeper into the pose with every out breath!! I just had my last day today. My internship was absolutely incredible. Becoming a doctor has been a goal of mine since 6th grade. I have been considering Plastic Surgery for 2 years now.
This was an absolute dream come true. I’ve learned a lot in the past two weeks and I was able to get a better impression of the life of a surgeon.
It may not be as glamorous as it seems, but it was a very fulfilling experience for me.
I have been straying away from Medicine in the past couple of months with me becoming more advanced in my fitness career but this internship reminded me of my true passion for it. It feels like I’m destined to be a surgeon. There’s nothing else like it.
I have been feeling very insecure about my future and my career choice but every time I complete another internship as a plastic surgeon it just feels right.
I absolutely love this career and I’ll do anything to pursue my dream.
