1️⃣ 4 sets of 8 | banded squats with a side step wow spicy way to switch things up I enjoyed this
2️⃣ superset | 3 sets of 8 | banded 3/4th squat with a butt TAP to 3/4th squat to complete sit
4️⃣ 3 sets of 8 each leg | sumo squat to split stance RDL. 1 leg stays straight while the other has a slight bend

E spero che continui così la cosa.. Ma le mie lune sono sempre dietro l'angolo quindi prendo ciò che viene e porto a casa 😂

Put together a barbell upper body circuit for my girrrrrrrrrrrls lols get it because we are also hitting the girls today lol just me? Ok. Shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps all being targeted in 1 circuit. Quick yet effective
1️⃣ 10 elbows in chest press to skullcrushers
2️⃣ 10 bicep curl to underhand front raise
3️⃣ 12 rear delt barbell row THESE ARE MY FAVORITE MY GOSH never neglect the rear delts on shoulder day like I used to do
4️⃣ 10 wide grip shoulder press can also do standing wooop

Quick bit of HIIT at the end of yesterday’s leg day 😅 burning out the quads, getting my heart rate up and blasting calories 👊🏼 give it a try
1️⃣ 12 oblique crunch to jumping squat nice and high
2️⃣ 10 jumping lunge to squat wow wow ow my quads lol
2️⃣ 10 side step + jump into half burpee no push ups today woooo
4️⃣ 10 rotating jumping squats
I completed an exercise, rested for about 15-20 seconds and repeated this circuit 2 times. Perfect way to end leg day 🙌🏼 wearing the new @gymshark ombré seamless coming soooooon! Song is Somebody Special by Nina Nesbitt
