Everybody has to start somewhere. It started out tough because I’d always compare my slow progress with others in the gym when I was younger. Don’t compare yourself with others. Focus on competing with yourself and watch yourself change over time. Everybody has different genetics and will build differently. But one thing that helped me start was finding a person’s physique that I’d like to achieve or come close to. Write down your goals, ask yourself why you want start/continue, and write down how you’ll achieve it. It can be extremely hard starting, but when you start and see changes in yourself, you’ll find yourself wanting more! 💪🏻
Pretty much back and better! Not feeling my 100% best cause I’m feeling fluffy and face is still swollen. And This has been my look for the past week😅 messy hair. It felt good to drive around and be out some today! Can’t wait to start my norm back up on Monday! YA GIRL IS BACK!😘Oh and can we talk about this super, nice weather?!😎🙌🏽

It’s really really out of my comfort zone to post this so please be gentle and bear with me.
The last six months, I haven’t been working out and been aware of my diet like I used to and the last two months I haven’t been working out at all because of my breast augmentation. I just recently began working out again and I’ve definitely gotten a lot weaker since I last lifted weights, before I had my BA.
I knew my body had changed because I could both see it and feel it, and I find it hard to accept how my body looks right now and the fact that my fat percentage has risen, when my goal was to lower it. Obviously I’ve also lost a lot of strength, my muscle mass isn’t where it used to be at all!
I would like to point out that there is NOTHING WRONG WITH MY BODY!! It’s a completely normal figure, not skinny, not fat, it’s just a slim girl in her twenties. BUT I like my body toned with actual strength and I'm neither of those things right now.
I had my fat percentage, muscle mass, weight etc. measured last week and took pictures of how my body looks right now so I can use them as progress pictures.
It was never my intention to show the pictures to the public but then I thought you might as well follow my journey from the beginning and not just see pictures of my body when I’m happy with it and I'm flexing in the right lighting. Although it is cross-border to share these pictures....

This week in our sports class we learned and played volleyball (we learn a new sport every week). Before the class started i took Jackson and his buddy Liam through some hand eye warm up drills to prime their senses for the class to come. It’s pretty simple....help the kids understand their vision is key to hand eye....in this drill we are simply catching the ball with our eyes...now these are 2 years olds so it requires some patience but w some practice they will get it...Jackson has done this drill w me before and this was Liam’s first time....both Jackson and Liam did amazing in the class and completed every drill!!
