Wow! A HUGE thanks to everyone that came to see us at @theallidayshow and @kendallwhittierpopupshops this weekend. My favorite part was meeting YOU! I also was encouraged by each of you who told me they already own our concrete, love it, and use it every day. You guys, we feel very loved and energized to push through this holiday season.
Meet Edie 💕 She started practicing yoga 10 years ago and immediately was hooked by the physical aspect of a good vinyasa flow. The connection between breath and movement allowed her to get out of her head and change her body in a new and balanced way. Edie knew she wanted to share her passion with others and completed her 200 RYT at CorePower. Now we are grateful to have her here at Healing Elements. "We live in such a fast pace society, I think the chance to slow down and actually notice our thoughts, feelings, and sensations gets over looked so often. In my classes I hope to provide a space that is truly yours to get whatever you need that day." Join Edie this Friday, 12/8 at 8:30pm for Yoga for the Community. Class will alternate between vinyasa and a gentle flow and is open to all levels. Suggested donation $5-$15. We look forward to welcoming you ✨
Happy thanksgiving to our entire San Diego industry family
And for those of us behind the stick today/tonight, we salute you, and will most likely be seeing you as soon as the tryptophan wears off 🦃
She's packed and ready. Madison, we celebrate your adventure and we won't stop praying for you. No matter how many miles there are between us, you are surrounded by love - and not one of us would hesitate to hop on a plane if you needed us. You are brave and real, and your heart for Jesus and His Word will shine. #gratefulforcommunity#holymidlife#idontlikegoodbyes#lookoutengland!
Pagi... Kali ini mama mau share apa yang didapat dari retreat weekend lalu. Sesi 1 dimulai dengan tema : One Way Love. .
Mengapa???
Forgiveness essential oil ini katanya punya aroma yg menenangkan dan membantu kita dealing with conflict dan release hurtful memories.. mari kita coba.. #sharingmamatheo#retreatgmianugerah2017#onewaylove#gratefulforcommunity

A very thoughtful person queued up 4 bottles of water for the preacher today. It's hot today, but we're gonna worship!! #gratefulforcommunity
Sometimes it’s FEAR that keeps us holding on and pouring our heart and soul into something that is clearly NOT producing fruit. As I talked to a fellow coach this morning (you know who you are😍), I had the realization that I have been watering a dead plant in my life, AND effective immediately, I plan to change that!
Is there something that is sucking the life out of you that you continue to water? Let’s make the change together!

Garage sale find! I could not resist the cuteness...plus the wafting of freshly baked banana bread into the living room as I take this photo makes it even cuter.
I'm such a home body and our street is the perfect fit for our little family. I normally open all the doors, and peacefully do laundry, make soup, clean and garden while LP plays next door, across the street or they all come to our back yard for 'construction'. Hours go by and I don't need to check in on him at all. Either he drops by to ask if he can eat something a neighbour has given him or he yells as he runs by "Mama, I'm at the big boys!" Day 6th of Solo-parenting = Thankful
Because of a great community we're all safe and sound here in the Cariboo! We evacuated the dogs, horses, and pigs to our friends ranch in Sheridan Lake once we received an evacuation alert along with being cut off our main road out on Sunday.. They're safely tucked in at Pine Hills Ranch until further notice! Last night we decided to head back to the farm to be with the chickens and water the gardens.. So far so good! Stay safe out there everyone and hug your neighbor xo #cariboo#evacuation#safezone#happypigs#settledin#thankyoufirefighters#grateful#gratefulforcommunity#weresafe

That moment when you meet a beautiful soul at your first yoga practice & a year and half later you are surrounded by her family & friends at Thursday night dinner ❤️ #gratefulforcommunity#poweryogabuffalo
Can we stop and talk about this man for a moment. Drew is the hardest worker I know. He's been pouring every night for weeks after long days of parenting and running his own engineering business. Seriously guys, he deserves a round of applause, a drink, and a break! He's the smartest kindest man I know. I'm so grateful for him! He's my best friend and I love him to the ends of the earth!
...And now back to our regularly scheduled concrete posts.
My morning routine - early up to walk Rocky Hill with these two. Love starting my day & grateful for Robyn & Paula that have been getting me out of bed for the last 16 years. Today we were greeted as we finished by Rocky Hill friend, Jim with Starbucks gift cards. #Christmasblessing#gratefulforcommunity#kindness
It is often said it takes a village to raise a child. It definitely has taken a village to move us forward in growing our family. What a blessing to have so many people support us on our journey and hold space for our future child. As I send the certified documentation to our agency to be reviewed I am overwhelmed with gratitude. #somuchlove#ishisgettingreal#gratefulforcommunity#ittakesavillage#deamaraotra
