We begin our production of the all new 33MB Elite in just a few weeks. The anticipation for this floor plan has been crazy! Since our unveiling at the open house we have added a kitchen pantry, a wardrobe in the bunk room, a large Mountain View window, and...wait for it...our first telescoping TV! MY BODY TRANSFORMATION PLAN
Our bodies are amazing and wonderfully complicated systems. They constantly adapt to what we do and this is particularly true when it comes to the food we consume and the exercise we do. Ever wondered why you plateau on a diet or suddenly don't make any more progress at the gym? Its because our bodies are so clever and they adapt and adjust to cope with the stresses we place on it. We need to always change things up if we want to make a difference and thats exactly what im going to do! I'm also going to keep things as simple as possible👌 So to begin with I'm going to focus on 2 simple things in January -
1. My food will all be home cooked with a good balance of all the macronutiruents the body needs - carbs, protein & fat. Nothing will be cut out of my diet and I will be working at a calorie deficit as I want to lose weight.
2. I'm going to take part in physical activity for at least 30 - 60 minutes every day. This will be any activity that gets the heart pumping and the body moving.
And that's it! Sounds easy huh? These 2 goals may seem very simple but I want to keep things as easy as possible and make continuous steady progress. This is a life long change I'm making, not just a quick fix! I also want to enjoy my new lifestyle so I need to make it manageable and appropriate for my current diet, lifestyle and fitness levels💪Then in February (and each month thereafter) I will switch things up again so that my body doesn't have time to adapt to the changes I made in the previous month and therefore I should see constant progress.
