I could have stayed in this spot forever if it weren't for the biting cold. Something about water that is so calming. Something about Yellowstone when there are no crowds...peace.

If I didn’t have my Mum here with me telling me what to do I’d be so lost 🤣 Not to mention that I’m basically riding a dinosaur this horse is so old. Buuut, all things being said I think my parents have a big heart for taking in and looking after the animals they have, and I’m glad I got to meet the ol’ horses especially.

The face I make when I realize it's Saturday and I don't have to go to work tomorrow 🤔😂

Adam looking majestic AF on the ridge. Happy to see the clouds come in while we were skinning. Even got a few snowflakes on the way down! Bring on the snow!
We made dinner, carved the streets of squampton looking for pay phones being that neither one of us used a cell phone at the time and ended the night with my first jamz and laughs up the chief. Here's to that first summer spent in Squamish almost 4 years ago. Photo by @brandonpullan#getoutstayout

🎵Over the river and through the woods, to grandma’s work we go!!🎵
It was a beautiful, warm-ish day, so we made our rounds and visited grandma at work, my friend Dave at the park who gives me steak treats, and my best dog pal Albie. Hope all my pals are having a great weekend, too! 💙😊
Sat outside this evening and just took in how absolutely silent it is up here, no cars, no planes, nothing but a teeny gust of wind or a peep from a bird - the stars looked like this, there was a sliver of moon, it was *perfect* (except for the fact I forgot my tripod so used an old stool and packed up some snow under it to try and get ok angles...don’t look too closely at these pics, a bit shaky I know 😬)
Women’s march today got us thinking about all the beautiful yoginis we’ve got to march up the mountains with the past few years. A little throwback to a hike @ Wilderness Yoga Retreat 2015. We cant wait to do it again this year May 25-27, 2018. We are getting full, so sign up soon if you don’t want to miss Yoga & Mountains. #wilderretreats
| Joyful Joyful We Adore Thee |
Mortals, join the happy chorus,
Which the morning stars began;
Father love is reigning o’er us,
Brother love binds man to man.
Ever singing, march we onward,
Victors in the midst of strife,
Joyful music leads us Sunward
In the triumph song of life.
Joyful, joyful, we adore Thee,
God of glory, Lord of love;
Hearts unfold like
flow’rs before Thee,
Op’ning to the sun above.
Melt the clouds of
sin and sadness;
Drive the dark of doubt away;
Giver of immortal gladness,
Fill us with the light of day!
Joyful Joyful We Adore Thee

I’ll tell you.. one of the best things you can do to set your manifestation mode into hyper drive is find a friend who’s just as excited and motivated as you are. I imagine that the people @diabeticyogini and I cross paths with on our adventures must think we are a little insane as we excitedly bounce ideas back and forth while we crush our way up whatever we are hiking or skinning 🤪

@_young_terry_ making those last minute resolutions as the sun set on 2017
3 months in, even after camping in view of mountains like the Tetons, one of my favorite campsites this entire trip was down a non-descript Fire Road just outside of Flagstaff, AZ on the way to the Lava River Cave. We stayed here for awhile and just enjoyed lazy days exploring dirt paths, Lava Caves, reading, and nights around the campfire. 📸 : @thevoyagerproject

"In fact, my wife learned how to bike one year before this journey. She is now a worrior even though she still wear the knee protection haha. Probably she is among few woman from S.Korea who rode in Carretera Austral in Patagonia" | Pic and words by @blitery
