Breaking a 19 hour fast with smoked salmon, medium boiled eggs, cucumber and a spoonful of cream cheese. Going to have to start to force myself to eat more 😩 one meal a day is seeming to do me at the moment and I’m definitely not getting my protein macros in which is my main goal (seen as my body has ample fat to live off haha) think I’m gonna order some protein shakes 🤔

Time is the greatest excuse when it comes to exercise, 'oh I just didn't have time', 'oh I ran out of time this week' , but to make exercise a part of your lifestyle you have to make time, and make that exercise time a priority.
I totally understand that some weeks your priorities have to be with work commitments or the kids, but when exercise becomes a part of your lifestyle, running out of time one week won't effect the other 51 weeks of that year.
I can tell you now as a single mum who who works full time - I could easily not have time either.
That sounded a bit harsh! Anyway, I had 20 minutes to get in a workout yesterday so I kept it simple with one compound (multi joint) exercise 👆 12 reps for 5 rounds - 60 reps done!
I also just got a top tip from my cousin (who has a masters in strength and conditioning) and I need more hip thrust - something to work on, I can see where he means too. Thanks Ben!

Happy Workout Wednesday 🙌🏼💕
Sometimes you just don’t feel like going to the gym, life gets too busy, or if you’re up north you get snowed into the house!
Here is an at home HIIT workout that is a killer and will definitely get your heart rate up and burns some cals!
45 seconds on 15 seconds off, 4 rounds! = quick 16 mins workout! ✨10 high knees with burpee (literally lay down on the ground at the bottom of the burpee) ✨ V-ups (start with legs out and bring them in when you crunch upwards) ✨ In-and-out pulse squats (pulse 2x each) ✨ Shoulder taps (get your butt down) ✨Rest 1 minute then repeat 3 more times! -
