I experienced with another recipe for Greek yogurt cheesecake. Don't get me wrong I enjoy #wwpounddropperrecipes but I wanted to give @samanthabowers_ Triple Chocolate Cheesecake since she uses protein powder in hers.
I took her recipe and just omitted the crust and still came out to 1sp for 6 servings! This was very rich and reminded me of a No Cow bar and I didn't get that tart yogurt taste. She has a peanut butter one you better believe I'll be trying!
Eating some pistachios(5sp) was a good combo for that sweet and salty dish! #6smartpoints
Peas with macaroni & cheese or macaroni & cheese with peas? I love it the way my husband had his but am more full with a bowl of peas. Next time I’d have the small serving of Mac & cheese on the side so I could actually taste it. #11smartpoints for the lame 70g serving. Not worth it. And I wonder if it was 70g dry because it seriously was such a small amount. #weightwatchers#freestyleeffect
Today was so busy that I barely ate! Got a new crockpot! And then my fabulous friend @cm14389 came over and we ended up literally deep cleaning while catching up. My daughters room hasn’t looked this good since she’s been born! I feel ready to conquer the week! We took a quick meal break and got the southwest chicken salad from McDonald’s. With no dressing it’s 4 SP but I added 2 SP of dressing. #wwfreestyle#freestyleeffect#ww#wwsisterhood#wwfamily#fooddiary#bettertogether

Feeling like a Zero Point Weight Watcher Spicy Black Bean Soup kinda day. I added avocado, fat free Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of TJ lite mozzarella for a total of 3 points. #freestyleeffect#wwlifetime
These Frozen ‘Nana Discs are pretty hard to beat for 1💥sp. Thank you to my daughter, @allyjanelivesfortoday for creating this 2 years ago (2016) as I’ve been enjoying and sharing it since. As of lately, these have become a hit on here and I’ve seen the most awesome creations involving marshmallows, strawberries, pretzels, graham crackers, ice cream, chocolate chips, Hershey’s syrups, and peanut butter. We are seriously #bettertogether The creativity is endless. My favorite way is probably plain bananas and chocolate Pb2, simply because it keeps so well in the freezer. (It is just as good a week later) But it was too fun to add pretzels and chocolate chips and keep it one smartpoint. (The pretzels will get soggy in the freezer so eat these the day you make them.)
1/2 -1 banana sliced (depends on slice thickness preferred)
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp (12 g) chocolate pb2 (1 sp)
Mix chocolate pb2 and water. Dip slices in mixture and put them on a waxy paper plate. Add toppings if desired and freeze for 3 hours.
4 g pretzel sticks (4 sticks) (0)
1 g Nestle mini morsels (16 morsels) (0)
Cover with glad wrap and freeze. Use the glad wrap to eat it so your fingers don’t get messy. 😉

Oh and the video, I just threw it on here so I could watch it whenever I wanted. My girl cracks me up.
So here's the thing. I need to get my life together. This meme could literally not be more true. Last May I went on a trip at my lowest weight on this journey. And then while on that trip I gained some weight but I never really got back into the groove of losing again. I just kind of maintained all summer (which is better than tons of gains but not as good as losing to get to goal). Then I took a cruise and gained again, which I was fine with but again, I never got back into the groove of loosing, just maintaining the gain. So here I am, almost 9 months from my lowest WW weight and I'm 12 pounds up from that. In a perfect world I would be like 40 pounds under than. Somewhere along the way I've lost my motivation and become complacent. Luckily I'm on plan about 85% of the time so I'm not completely off the rails but that 15% of the time is just not helping me get to goal. At the beginning of the year I mentioned that "consistency" was the word I want to focus on this year but I've been less than consistent. I've been all over the place with my eating and with my working out and water intake but that stops now. I've got to do better and stop being complacent. And I'm sharing all of this information for a couple of reasons. First because I believe in being transparent and not showing you the "perfect picture" when in reality it's less than perfect. And also because I know I'm not alone in this. There are bound to be others in the same boat as me and I want you to know I'm here for you and we can get through this block!
And just to really lay it out there, I'm currently sitting at 216 on the scale. My lowest was 204. I'm 100% determined to get under 200. It has to happen!
And if you've read all of this, you seriously deserve an award! 😘
