CASA DO LAGO
Comprised of 1,000 square feet of pure living space, Casa do Lago is the ultimate lakeside hangout spot. The cabin has no bedrooms. Other than a small bathroom, the remainder of the cabin is an open kitchen, dining area, and media room. Polished concrete floors run the length of the interior, flowing into a built-in bench and fireplace. A wood-clad ceiling and live-edge counter add warmth to the otherwise industrial palette. Black steel windows allow in lakeside views while large sliding glass extends the interior out to a wooden deck and fire pit. With a mix of yellow stone and timber, the exterior's natural facade compliments its rustic setting.

One of our favourite things to do on the road is to pull over, say G’day and throw some banter at the legends from the SES and Lions Club.
And I guess they brew up a mean cup of tea too!
Massive thanks to all those volunteers keeping the roads safe and to these legends at the Driver Reviver Sites for the hours they put in!!🤙👍

Lake Lyell - Lithgow perfect perfect 👌 spot for camping ⛺️not glamping 😻
Today we walked the #Camino, 5 kilometers in the absolute wrong direction ! Don't worry this was intentional. 😥 °
We walked North out of the city Palmplona, to where the highway divided. A place where it would be a straight shot to the France Border. Our route, to the start of the Camino in St. Jean Peid du Port. Luckily for us, buses don't run on Sundays and only a few small mountain passes stood in our way. Both Pat and I agreed that back tracking was a bit of a silly idea. So, we spent most of the day hitchhiking to the starting line. °
Higher in the Altitudes, we noticed a wee bit of change happening around us as the landscape transformed from green to a winter wonder land. 📸@patjersey
