There are so many things for athletes that are recommended to eat. You should mention that all kinds of cereals are not so good so it's better to start your day with porridges that can be served with different berries along with peanut butter and coconut flakes 🤤
Some people like to drink smoothies made of vegetables. Bud I don't like them sooo much. Maybe I do something wrong or add incompatible ingredients 🤷♀️
