Trained back & bi's this morning and I am already feeling it! Like, my entire. body. is. sore🔥 It's such a good uncomfortable feeling though😝 I've been lifting heavier and progressive overloading recently, so the gains are-a coming. Leg day tomorrow morning, then off to VEGAS, BABY! WOOOO! Happy (basically) Friday☺️

Sun's out...and so is are my shoulders, baby! I honestly feel like bare shoulders don't get the sexy recognition that it should. I mean, think about it...us women usually love to show off our sexy legs, flat mid section or our arms, but the shoulders always seem to take a...well..umm...back seat. That's why when the sun started to make it's grand appearance, I whipped out the dress below I thrifted from a local thrift shop and let my bare shoulders do the talking! I like how it's doing a lot...without doing too much, you catch my drift? It's like playing peek-a-boo with fashion, you give them just enough to want more. *eye wink*⠀
Fast fact: During this shoot, my dress ripped and my boyfriend took a needle and thread to it and patch it up in no time flat! Best Boyfriend EVER!!!!
