A WORKOUT SO POWERFUL, EVEN BONES LOVE IT 💀💀
Come again? You are reading right until now boy, and yeah it does train the skeletal muscles while providing a boost in bone density.
But that's not all there is to this glorious technique based on Anaerobic training...
Even though it could also be performed with your own bodyweight or elastic bands, most of the exercises out there for S. Training are weightbased, and they do help in the following areas:
-Improves Anaerobic Endurance.
-Improves Ligament Endurance.
-Obviously builds massive ammounts of strenght.
-Boosts in Stamina.
-Improved muscle tone and density as well as bone and tendon related density and toughness, which results directly in an increased resilience towards injury.
(Managing Pain as a consecuence of fiber strenghtening in these connective tissues). Since it is based on resistance acting against the force you relase, your muscles will adapt and become stronger because of it. It is recomended to mix it up and change the stablished strenght or "resistance training" routine every 8 weeks to keep seeing results.
Often the way to vary your exercises if you opt for this style and to be improving consistently, is to alter the sets and repetitions you make as well as increases in weights.
Also many studies suggest doing Strenght training alongside regular aerobic exercise.
Now moving to the recomended ones... BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES

Das Mittagessen ist gekocht der Shake ist vorbereitet der Kaffee für unterwegs ist auch fertig Dann kann nichts mehr schief gehen. ......Die emojis denkt ihr euch einfach. Iron Militia co-owner/coach @marcosatello performing his squats from this past weekends @rawplcanada competition in @mhtemplefitness. Opened with 230kgs / 506lbs which was heavier than his last competitions 3rd attempt. Second attempt pr'd @ 245kgs / 539lbs.
Got a bit over confident and went off plan and failed @ 257.5kgs / 566.5 lbs 🤦♂️🤦♂️. Thanks to the great spotters staying on top of everything and keeping things safe🙏🙏!! A bit frustrated with himself but at the end of the day it's a tough lesson that he needed to learn.

The start of a new week and a new challenge! It’s #paleolife for me these next 4 weeks. The closest thing I’ve tried to paleo is @whole30 and it was amaaazing! 🌱🙌🏼 Except I always thought paleo was more strict than #whole30 and from what I’ve read on google, it sounds like the other way around. 🤔 Can anyone clear this up for me? Hallöchen ihr Schnuckis 🐹🐹 bei mir gab's gerade diesen leckeren Salat für 384 kcal (23 g KH, 59 g EW, 7 g F)
🔹️200 g Hähnchenbrustfilet
🔹️250 g Champignons
🔹️60 g Feldsalat
🔹️100 g Joghurt 1,5%
🔹️1 Knoblauchzehe 🔹️etwas geraspelte Gurke
Champignons in eine Pfanne geben und mit Salz, Soja Sauce und Limettensaft würzen und solange garen, bis keine Flüssigkeit mehr in der Pfanne ist. Rausnehmen und zur Seite stellen. Dann Hähnchen würfeln und ebenfalls in der Pfanne anbraten, aber nur mit Soja Sauce, Salz und Knoblauchgewürz mischen. Am Ende alles zum Feldsalat hinzugeben und mit dem Dressing servieren. 😊
