Day 15: Quad & Glutes Day
I finally received my energy seamless leggings! They are honestly the most comfortable leggings and they definitely fit in the right places. Plus, they are SQUAT PROOF! Debating whether or not I want to buy the lilac pair on their restock tomorrow (7AM PST) 🤔
✖️Heavy squats: 4 sets/6-8 reps
✖️ Heavy Deadlifts: 4 sets/6-8 reps
✖️SUPERSET: Reverse lunges (10 each leg) and straight to Pulse squats (8 squats with 2 pulses)
✖️Quad machine: 4 sets/10-12 reps
✖️ 10 minute stair master: I alternated every minute going from normal to two steps and a kickback

I often got a messages How can do extended leg in down dog which is one before last post.
Here I'm sharing the little flow include extension leg in three leg downdog. This pose requires hip flexors, backbend and strength to keep balance. •First try to keep balance in three leg down dog with grab your leg.
Please forget about extending the leg at this moment. If mind working to extension , you might lose balance.
Working, searching strong ground in here.
•Second , once you find stability, next step is leg extension. While you extend your leg try to keep your Hip looking DOWN. It's hard to keep hip position like a down dog, but if hip turn outside too much, you might fall down. So just keep in mind Hip looking Down
(Good news. even you fall, you will go in a wild thing 😉and from falling, you will learn which part you need to work more.) •Third, don't rush. It takes time. Enjoy every moment.

So, nach dem Frühstück habe ich mich heute getraut bisschen 🍑 zu trainieren! Also insgesamt 4 Übungen (Squats einbeinig in der Multi, #squat am Kabelzug, Rumänisches Kreuzheben, Back Extansion): 4 Sätze 12-10 WDH. Jetzt geht es noch in Soli und dann Arbeiten! Haut rein, heute ist Freitag!
🤤🤤🤤 This breakfast satisfied all my cravings and just left me in awe😛 from the cheesy eggs🧀🍳 to the buttery avocado toast 🥑🍞and then finished off with my antioxidant rich matcha latte 🍵 everything just tasted so good!😋 To a happy Friday!🥂
Omg I forgot how much I LOVE matcha lattes!! Who remembers when I used to drink them like everyday?! Yeah well then I moved and forgot all about them🤦🏼♀️So glad I remembered today!! I always make my matcha lattes with @yoursuperfoods Power matcha mix!💚why do I love this mix more than another brand of matcha and why am I gonna leave it out on my counter so I remember to drink it daily? Because it's not just matcha, it's also maca, moringa, wheatgrass, and barley grass mixed up in there as well! That means it's chuck full of antioxidants, vitamins, iron, and potassium! Making it the perfect addition to any morning (and a better option then a second or third cup of coffee... #yafeel ) 💁🏼
