It’s certainly not a life for everyone. Long hours, hard work and bad weather are enough to keep most people on land. But if you ask commercial fishermen about fishing for a living they will tell a different story. They will tell you about the breath-taking beauty of the open ocean, about the great excitement of a good catch of fish and about the personal satisfaction of a hard day’s work. While many fishermen admit that fishing can exact a physical and emotional toll, it is a small price to pay for a way of life keeps them coming back season after season to earn a living from the sea.
🤔Do bigger baits really catch bigger fish?
"Big bait, big fish" has been a topic swirling amongst the community for a long time now. "You always hear that if you want to catch bigger fish that you need to use bigger bait. You'll have more dry casts, but you'll catch bigger fish." After reading a few articles, doing some research, and implementing field testing on certain giant baits I can conclude this saying is true to an extent. It's true under certain circumstances given you a have the patiences, dedication, have luck on your side. As we have all seen @oliverngy spent months chasing down his 17+ pound Californian bass with giant baits. Where are all my giant bait throwers at?
