I have been upping my self care game this year by 100 percent! Between the date nights, gym time and spa days I am realizing that the more I take care of myself, the better I can take care of my loved ones and in turn I am more successful in all areas of my life. It only took me about 6 years to realize that! 🤣. Don’t wait like I did. You deserve it mama!
Vegan Dinner Idea!- Vegan Pesto over Zoodles ( or pasta)😉 Recipe below!
2 c kale
1 cup basil
3/4 c pine nuts
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 squeezed lemon
Tbsp cashew butter
Pinch sea salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Pulse together in your vitamix or blender, add more oil or lemon juice to desired consistency and taste. Serve over pasta or zucchini noodles. Super easy and delicious.

I worked out today only because of the accountability I have from others...they check on me!
I’m not a fitness or nutrition expert, I just have access to that 24/7, so that’s pretty sweet, but what I am is willing, willing to help, encourage, & motivate!
