Believe it or not but this was my dinner. AT 1 FUCKING AM.. someone please feel sorry for me.. and its snowing fuck this feels like a monday lol.
... Back to work for the first in 8 days.. and the first on slimming world... and it was super busy. Catching up on emails.. managing moody teens and trying to get through never ending paper work near melted my loaf in.... soooo sorta forgot to eat...HOWEVER i did manage to 100% go over my syns.. its so fucking easy to do 😥😣 And didn't get this dinner until like 1am.... 😂😂 skinny hot choclate is fab but ..especially the new chocloate orange!! Reccommend greatly!! About to hit the hay as i am bate out and have no idea what im writing and if it even makes any sense. So thought of the day.. maybe working with teens and dieting isnt to bad... in the sense that you dont eat!!! But then again i ate some chicken goujans and a t cake lol which takes me over my syns and im still starving... tomorrow is a new day. First of all, any time you have pain, you should try to see a doctor or physical therapist to properly diagnose what’s going on! You should never ignore pain or try to push through it!
With that said, many of our members with chronic knee pain have found relief through a combination of good physical therapy, AND slight modifications to their lower body exercises that keep pressure off the knees!
In this video, @achievefitnessboston owner @laurenpak22 demonstrates how to modify squats, lunges, single leg squats, and step ups to make them more knee-friendly! 👍

2016 v 2017
Today marks exactly one year since I decided to take my health & body seriously. If you know me, you know that this lifestyle has definitely changed my life. I have no regrets.
There came a time when I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin. After a while of just sitting on my rump and doing absolutely nothing about it, I decided to reevaluate my lifestyle and set goals for what I wanted.
I'm no way close to being where I want to be. 😂 But guys, it's not even like that anymore. When I first started working out, I use to say things like, "I just want to tone up. I just want to lose my stomach." However, now it's become so much more than that. I don't see myself ever not working out and that's because I rather this way of living 100% more.
People ask me how I stay motivated all the time and the honest to God answer is I'm not always motivated. Most days I don't want to workout BUT I do, because this is my happy place.
I couldn't have done it without my workout partner & friend, @rebby_fit . It's so important to find friends who motivate you and inspire you to be better.
If you already broke your New Year's Resolutions, don't worry about it. January 1st isn't some magical day in which everything comes together and falls into place. Decide today to be the absolute best version of yourself & prosper baby, prospaaa 😉💖
