Want a strong back? Try these alternating isometric rows. Here's @stevencco doing 3x(2x6) on each side, hold one dumbell in the top position and make sure your squeezing your back as hard as you can while you row the other for 6 reps. Alternate for 2 cycles through on each arm and that's one set. 3 sets should be enough to light up your back and ruin any chances of picking up bottles for the rest of the day #vicegrip

There's nothing easy about being a medium. I share feelings with others. I pick up on things that I have to recognize aren't always my own (thoughts, memories, interpretations). I hear the thoughts of those around me before they say it. All of this is new. It's strange and miniscule enough to drive a person mad if they haven't been as interested and open as I have to understanding and fighting for my happiness. Trusting my gifts and thoughts have been the hardest part. I've always seen my thoughts as wrong and bad... because when I heard, saw, and experienced things others couldn't...they told me I was wrong. In a way, I understand people better than they understand themselves. I've had to work on finessing my interpretations and honoring the path of each person without pride and manipulation (sometimes you just want to help people SO BAD!) All of these things are WORTH it, but none of it has been easy.
