So often we find ourselves being pulled in million different directions. Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed + stretched so thin that we’re only giving fragmented pieces of ourselves to the most important people in our lives.
Can I get an amen?!?! 🙏
By being present friend, we can strengthen the inner most parts of our souls which frees us from excuses + obstacles (it brings out... you know the good stuff…who we truly are!)
God has a plan, trust it + enjoy it. ☀️Sunny days are always ahead!

Holy cow today’s workout about killed me 🙀 but I pushed play & I’m so proud of myself for sticking to my workouts & the nutrition this first week!
Can’t wait to see what this program does to my body & also my mindset!💪🏼💗
Now that conferences are done - we get to explore and do what we do best- hang out together , have fun, be silly and relax . .
Yesterday we do took a test that he learned from one of his conferences. .
It was called discovery cards . How you use them is considering all the information on these cards . Then ranking them to most important . And applying them . Then you discuss it together.
It’s a great way to see how you think differently, but can respectfully work towards goals. It’s makes me appreciate him even more than I already do . .
He’s the smartest person I’ve ever met . His family comes first and he works so damn hard to provide . And sets us up for the future . And that’s priceless .. #hubbyaward#priceless#weworksowelltogether#couple#heandi#worththestruggle

Having a #proudAF moment right now 👊🏻
Today is day 6/80 of my new program and while I have not been perfect, I have done SO well!!
✔️I passed on all my fav things like chicken parm, G's leftover mac and cheese and ice cream 🙌🏻
✔️I drank SO much more water than I usually do 💦
✔️ I woke up early on a Saturday to do my workout before the babe woke up 💪🏼
That last one is something I haven't done in what feels like forever! Now I have my workout behind me and I'm ready to tackle the day!

How are you taking care of you today?
Over the last few days I made the decision to take a break from social media.
I wanted to take care of myself by being present..... being present in the moment, being present with my family, with my business and mostly with myself.
It’s so easy to get caught up in our daily routines that we stop listening to our inner voice....... That voice that tells us if we are happy, sad, angry, content.... and so on
It’s only when we stop and listen to what our inner voice is telling us, that we get to know what our true desires are and if we are meeting those desires.
Take the time today to hear what your inner voice is telling you..... then honour it by giving yourself what you need.

You know you’re serious when people come up to you and ask you if you’re a trainer when you workout .. and I just say nope ... but I get to share my passion and say wanna join .. I just have amazing tools - here let me show you .. 🙌🏻
You know you’re serious when you’re on vacation and love the hotel gym and can’t wait to get back to it . .
And you know it’s a lifestyle change when people you’ve been hanging out with go and buy you a bag of spinach .. because you needed it for your timed nutrition - plan. .they get it !! .
They surprised me at dinner with it . They walked a few blocks, brought it back and said here you go, we know you needed spinach.. .
You know it’s serious when 3 people say I need a tabitha in my life to help me lose weight !! .
Gosh I love sharing what I do !! Passion fueled for this company, for this community and for my challenges .

A LONG, overwhelming, exhausting, one thing going wrong after the other type of damn day.
BUT a good friend once said to me...
“When life puts you in tough situations, don’t say why me but instead say try me.” So that’s what I’ve done.
Put my nose to the grindstone.
TRY ME, LIFE!!!!! I will NOT let you get the best of the me. Not today!
Life is hard sometimes — especially when unexpected things happen but I cant crumble and let this derail me — in any form. Not even my meal plan, y’all! I will smile through this temporary frustration and remain positive.
I will get through ANYTHING life throws at me with God on my side, Max in the kitchen getting my final meal of the day whipped up for me & optimism.
It’s 8:30 on Friday night. I’ve worked since 5:00 am this morning. I’m tired and I’m sore and I’m hungry and I want to throw a Paige Pity Party🙅🏼♀️
Nah. Ima keep working.
And I’m gonna keep my chin up.

I CAN DO HARD THINGS🙌
I completed day 5 of 80DO this morning and it was HARD! I honestly don’t enjoy leg day. I found myself getting negative before it even started and throughout the workout I was getting discouraged.
But then I thought about how amazing this opportunity is and that God gave me this amazing body to move & to keep strong!
If you’re feeling discouraged I encourage you to not give up! I encourage you to take the steps you have been holding back on. I encourage you to do one more rep. Believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable!💪🏼💪🏼

A few of my favorite Glute moves from today!
The first exercise I paused at the top and added the bands to add a little for my Glute Medius/Abductors
✌🏽Exercise, push through your heel. The top of your foot shouldn’t even be touching the bosu ball.
Third exercise, pin the band under the knee that’s staying on the ground or it won’t work right! And again, drive straight through your heel, straight up!
