D Day or Divorce Day. I'm celebrating 365 days of peace, 365 days of knowing just where I stand, 365 days of not being bullied, 365 days of freedom. I asked God why I lose the ones I love the most. I have something to tell you. It's the most important thing I've learnt. It's the ones we love who crush us, torment and rob us of peace. The love feels so sweet we don't even feel the knife twist. 2017 was the year of miracles, the 'come to Jesus year' the year I, Yudhika Sujanani, walked on water. Holi Cow became know as the place of miracles. But it didn't come easy. There were days of snotty crying, days of heartache and soul searching and I'm here to tell you the walk on water miracles don't come on good days when we're chilling like a queen having cocktails with tjommies, they don't come when your hair is perfectly in place and your nails manicured. I lost everything...my home and finances but the worst part was my family broke. I asked God why, I cried and couldn't see I was being set free and prepared for destiny. 2017...purchased two properties and did what banks and humans said couldn't be done, worked through life with my kids and faith glued our family together, watched my business grow beyond my expectations, started stocking an imported range of goods and built a team I'm delighted to spend my days with. The walk on water moment doesn't come when we concentrate on the front row and look around for help. Friends are treasures but real help comes from faith, from looking up and unlocking doors to divine blessings. I'm celebrating my divine harvest today, cherishing every moment and knowing the real price of bad decisions. I didn't get lucky, I'm blessed. #yudhika#empower#divorce#newbeginnings#walkonwater#itsajesusthing#eatpraylove

A year ago today i said 'YES' to doing something that was completely out of my comfort zone and im so thankful i did because i wouldn't be where i am today.
I took a massive leap of faith in the right direction to sooth my soul and help others mentally, physically and emotionally. I have helped a broad range of people along this journey and will continue to do so. Realigning you mind, body and soul is the only way to heal yourself.
Today BOGO is these two amazing oils which i use every day to keep me calm.
If any of you out there want to incorporate these into your life please let me know. I would love to help you in the right direction 💃

That feeling you get when you look into your leggings drawer and see COLOR!
Yes, I have a drawer full of leggings.
Yes, having lots of color in my clothing is a new thing.
I used to wear all black, or very dark and earthy tones.
Those colors are necessary for hiding. Hiding the pain. Hiding the fear. Hiding all the lies.
Hiding from the world.
NO MORE HIDING!
Time for color. Time to shine.
You, too. No more hiding. No more darkness. Time to step into the light.
We've been checking out the list of amazing people coming along to our Welly & Christchurch workshops 😍 Can't wait to meet you all soon ❤️
Have you got your tickets? ❤️ Head to the link in our bio!! Limited spaces are available xx

Heather Lanier recently did a TED Talk titled “Good” and “Bad” are incomplete stories we tell ourselves. Its about how eager we can be to label a situation to put concrete around it, by judging it. But reality is much more fluid… “By gripping tightly to the story of good or bad I close down my ability to truly see a situation. I learn more when I loosen my grip and proceed openly with curiosity and wander.” What do we know for sure? Let us know your take on this!

You know when someone shares their dreams and goals with me I act as if they are mine and try to help them get there. I honestly do... so much I often neglect myself. I will do my own hair.. file and paint my own nails.. wash my own car.. cut out unnecessary things.. evwn do my own pedicures.. so I am always amazed when people can only pencil you in the schedule.. not give you a designated time or sacrifice their stuff for you. Having daughters and a son I am teaching them that DMX was right.. I gave you.. You gave me.. there is no robbery in even exchange.. you keep taking.. no matter if they offer.. THAT well is gonna run dry.. you will be thirsty and no other water will quench your thirst like that one did.. you maybe hydrated but never the same. RESPECT THE PRIVILEGE.. LATE NIGHT RANDOM THOUGHTS..
People need real.. false and fake motivation only worked in basic training.. #BElieve#BElong#BEcome#kingbusiness2018#Everydaysuperwoman#Empower#Queenknowlogy

You’re like ‘huh’? - well, when was the last time you didn’t speak up because you were more worried about what someone else thought? or you didn’t eat the healthy choice because your friend gave you the ‘are you serious?’ look. Or maybe more realistically you felt guilty for wanting the unhealthy option and felt forced to eat the healthy choice? or you felt pressured into drinks? Or felt you couldn’t express yourself because you didn’t want to ‘cause a scene’? Were you truly being yourself?
Listen to yourself.
You know what your mind and body need, but learning to truly listen to yourself, and acknowledge it, is far more useful than listening to desires, or anxious voices.
#Breathe deeply and acknowledge all your sensations and feelings. Balancing your desires with your needs is a work in progress. We become our own perfect balance when we listen, acknowledge and respect what we need.
Looking after yourself is badass, and becoming true is empowering.
Yes girl 😏 ❤️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This doesn't just count for relationships. Think about the environments you hang out in, people you follow, email lists you're subscribed to, habits, language, maybe even your job 🤷🏽♀️ If something doesn't serve you anymore - it's time to move!
In her 20s, she used her #blackgirlmagic to transform the beauty, music and fashion industry (and even education)! And we can’t wait to see what surprises her 30s have in store. Keep shinin.’ Happy Birthday, Queen RiRi 👑
