I've been trying to remind myself that struggling is only 1 part of my journey. It doesn't have to be, and it won't be, all I ever do. Whether it's trying to get pregnant, forming new eating habits, or working out harder- there will be good times and bad times, happy and sad days, easy and hard moments. It's all part of the journey. It's easier to keep moving forward and trying harder when I remember that.

Monday’s workout complete and it felt SO GOOD. I was having the Monday blues, but my mood has done a complete 180 after I finished my workout today! It was hard, but I persevered. I actually didn’t do last Friday’s week 8 workout, so I made a choice to restart week 8 all over again, but this time I started with Friday’s workout instead. Reminded myself that I’m not in a race with myself to finish the 12 week challenge. I’ve had slip ups and have already had to start one of the weeks over and may have missed a Saturday liss or two, but the beauty of this program is that you can go at your own pace. i want to get as much as I can out of BBG and start the week over when I feel like I didn’t give it my all that week. I’m actually excited to do week 8 all over again. Progress is progress!

I recently bought @traderjoes green goddess salad and was inspired by a @panerabread green goddess Cobb salad so I came up with this! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Ingredients:
•@traderjoes green goddess salad dressing
•2 slices of bacon

How to make:
•combine salad greens in a bowl
•hard boil eggs for 7 minutes
•microwave bacon for 3-4 minutes
•chop up tomatoes, onion, bacon, slice eggs in half and add to salad along with dressing

It’s about dang time i tried this!!! I’ve been wanting to do this for a while now, but was worried that:
1. It would take too long to cook
2. I’d mess up + ruin a perfectly good avocado 🥑
3. I’d regret not making avocado toast
And, boy was I WRONG.
These took me 15mins to make + they came out beautifully + took the avocado game to A WHOLE ANOTHER LEVEL🔝
I highly recommend you designate a 🌞Sunday morning to cooking up a meal like this!🌱🌼🍳
