today has been one of the 💩iest days I’ve had in a while. you know those days where EVERYTHING seems to be going wrong. every little thing adds up and you find yourself complaining. do you know what helps? talking to your mom. my mom knows just what to say to make me feel better, so thank you mom if you’re reading this. i appreciate you immensely. here’s a little reminder if your day has been as awry as mine, that things could ALWAYS be worse. so take a step back and look at things from the other side of the fence... i should probably take my own advice 🧐

salmon seasoned with pink salt and pepper seared in @chosenfoods avocado oil and finished with @fourthandheart ghee and lemon juice. sautéed cauli rice, dressed baby kale in lemon, olive oil, pink salt, and black pepper. roasted golden beets. and steamed asparagus finished with pink salt ghee. simple but so good 😪 now i’m off to the pistons game at the Little Caesar’s Arena. i can’t remember the last time i went to a basketball game ahhh i’m so excited. and happy to be home for the weekend! have a happy rest of your friday!! ✨ #coconuttyandnice

Sneaky extra session whilst the family sleeps... Just deads today, not going to lie, feel very tired. Ate junk food last night and felt sluggish because of it... Lesson learned, even when biking, keep it as clean a possible or the body will get the hump, lol.
Mixed it up between conventional and sumo, just to work on hip flexors etc. Both felt equally hard today, so did the push past 210kg, but got plenty of work in for a bonus day.

On va pas se mentir, c'est pas le genre de séance où on prend du plaisir 😅 mais c'est fait ✅ Bonne fin de semaine IG 👯♀️

Everyone is always so wrapped up in the physical aspects of being healthy, that we often forget to reflect on how we're actually feeling during this health journey we're all on. Of course exercising and eating well matters, but what matters more is how those things make you feel. They make me feel good, and say good things to both myself and others. That's the best part!
