As I sit here deep cleaning my house I got to thinking kind of like deep cleaning my body from all the toxins. I feel so much better when I do this by eating clean and staying away from those bad things like carbs and sugars!

Prepped breakfast last night for this morning since I got an early workout in 💪🏻 and had to head right to class after that, but found out school is cancelled for the day, happy snow day!❄️
Prepped instant pot oatmeal (oats, chia seeds, flax, cinnamon) with @califiafarms vanilla unsweetened almond milk stirred in, banana, @tedpeanutbutter, @navitasorganics cocoa nibs, & @bobsredmill coconut!

How to make:
•empty 1/2 cup of oatmeal into a bowl and add 1/2 cup almond milk
•stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and microwave for 1 minute
•microwave @traderjoes wild blueberries for 20 seconds and add to oatmeal
•slice half a banana over oatmeal
•add melted almond butter, maple syrup, and chia seeds

Are you sick of hearing me talk about how much I love make ahead breakfasts yet?! Veggie + egg cups have been on repeat over here and I can’t get enough. The basic recipe is up on the blog (+ a little tutorial in my stories from last night) but the fun part is that you can change up the veggies/filling to keep things interesting. Stocked up on groceries and made this veggie packed egg skillet 🍳I added sautéed kale + roasted red peppers + roasted eggplant & flax seed bread 👌🏼paired it with a side of tea with @naturalvitalityofficial magnesium to help me snooze at night since our dog has been keeping us up trying to cuddle at 2 am 💤🐶
