What you don't see..
Many days I have to push myself out of the bed because of something a doctor can't see as the Internal Pain is so much that all I can do is sleep it off.
Had a blast for a few hours this morning, to earn a little change for self and result is tears. Got to love over the ladies on set, Yeah. Was it worth to chase the dream when how I use to move is no longer a reality? There is not enough money in the World to replace your body when it's broken by no fault of your own. Yes living MY LYFE IS WORTH IT!
Sitting at home in front of the tv feeling sorry for myself because I’m ill 🙄 wishing I was at the gym.
I’m a strong believer that if you’re ill then you need rest and lots of it.
None of this man up bullshit hit the gym sweat it out 🤦🏼♂️ the body needs fluids and rest not to be worked hard and drained so you use all your energy that could be fighting off the illness.
Don’t get me wrong I hate taking it easy it grinds me but you have to listen to your body if you want the best results from it.
Rest up, get better and hit back harder.
The struggle is real lately. I feel so far removed from things I once enjoyed. For a while I was battling depression, but lately it’s not that I’m depressed, it’s a lack of emotion, it’s just exhaustion. I can’t say that life is any more difficult now than it ever has been. Not much has changed for the worse, so I just don’t get it. My get up and go, got up and went. Lately, with an exception for a few hours each day, I just feel like I’m going through the motions. I’m surviving, but I wouldn’t say I’m currently thriving. I have goals, I’m just slightly lacking in motivation. Like I said, I really don’t feel anything, but exhaustion. Physically, mentally, emotionally, I just feel MEH.
But, I do think that there is a positive upswing headed my way, so I’ll just keep faking it until I make it.
Tomorrow, a day off! A manicure and maybe get my 🦊 tattoo... we’ll see where the day takes me! But I know my alarm won’t be going off before the sun rises! And that’s something! .

Feeling 💙😥🤧🤒💙 Made dhal baazi because I was craving it, and once I cooked it, I just have the energy to eat it 😩. Recipe below ⬇️ Daal/lentil baaZi (I used green 💚lentils)
One bowl of dhal (I soaked a 1 full cereal bowl)
2 medium onions (sliced thin)
5-6 garlic cloves. (Chopped)
6-7 dried red chillies (more if you want)
1 tsp whole mustard seeds (this is optional. I use mustard seeds a lot )
While dhal is soaking. Heat up around two (curry spoons) of oil. Add the chillies, and garlic. (If you use the mustard seeds add that before anything else and wait till they pop)
Once garlic starting to brown add the onions and salt (to taste) heat on medium high. When onions have softened slightly add HALDI (1tsp) CHILLI (1tsp) CURRY POWDER (depending on how hot your curry powder is 1tsp or less if hot)
Fry onions for about 1-2 on medium heat cover for about 2 mins on low heat.
drain dhal, add to onions and stir fry the dhal high heat for around 2-3 mins.
Lower heat and cover for about 10 mins. (Mix occasionally )
And it should be done. If you want you can add some water half a cup should be ok.
