Untuk adonan crepe:
225 gr bubur buah naga (sekitar 2 buah naga, lihat di bawah)
187 gr tepung terigu serbaguna
50 gr gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam
358 ml-473 ml susu
4 butir telur besar
1 sdm esens vanili
Untuk whipped cream:
225 gr keju mascarpone, suhu ruang
100 gr gula pasir
473 ml krim, dingin
1 biji vanila segar
1. Dalam mangkuk besar, campurkan tepung, gula dan garam.
2. Dalam mangkuk lain, campurkan jus buah naga, susu, telur dan esens vanili.
3. Perlahan tuangkan campuran basah ke dalam campuran kering dan aduk rata. Jika terlalu kental, tambahkan susu.
4. Olesi wajan anti-lengket 6 inci dengan minyak semprot. Hangatkan wajan di atas api sedang dan masukkan 2-3 sendok makan adonan.
5. Dengan cepat, putar panci dengan gerakan melingkar, untuk memastikan adonan menutupi dasar panci. Masak sekitar 30 detik di setiap sisi, atau sampai bagian ujungnya agak kecoklatan dan bagian tengahnya mengering.
6. Pindahkan crepe ke piring atau rak kawat hingga dingin sepenuhnya.
7. Terus masak crepes sampai semua adonan habis.
8. Setelah crepes sudah dingin, inilah saatnya untuk merakit dan menghiasnya.
9. Untuk membuat tepi yang rapi, tumpuk crepes dan letakkan mangkuk besar di atasnya. Gunakan pisau untuk menjiplak bentuk mangkuk.
10. Letakkan satu lapis crepe di atas piring atau tempat kue, diikuti dengan lapisan tipis (sekitar 1-2 sendok makan) whipped cream.
11. Lanjutkan proses lapisan ini sampai semua crepes digunakan, diakhiri dengan lapisan crepe terakhir di atasnya.
12. Hias atasnya dengan whipped cream, irisan buah naga, stroberi, bunga yang bisa dimakan, mint, dll. Ayo jadi kreatif!

Hari ini Adam ada latihan sukan dekat sekolah jam 7.30am.
Gigih mama bangun awal sediakan bekalan takut anak kelaparan kat sekolah 😂 sebab habis latihan terus stay kat sekolah sampai waktu persekolahan petang.
#pisanggoreng tuang susu pekat dan tabur milo, favourite diorang selain cheese.
Bekalkan juga nasi dengan lauk simple #sambalsardin & #telurdadargulung yang sedikit rentung dek mama kalut.

Feeling kinda off for the last few days. Unplugged and tried to recharge. Cleaned the house, hung around with the kids, and packing for a business trip tomorrow. I have got in my workout every day, but didn't feel the need or want to share. I needed some time just for me. But I added an ab workout for each day and increased my weight on my bench. My numbers have been good and I am starting a detox this week. I feel like I need to get the bad vibes out of my body and start a new. I am hoping there is a good gym at my hotel and am looking forward to a break from routine. 💪😊💪😊
