When you think you're out in the wild in a nice, safe, cat free zone and then you find out there's a bobcat that likes to hang out in your favorite field 😧😟☹️ Loki's scared of cats ever since we used to have an evil neighbor cat that would come over and sit in the window and hiss at him. 🙄😂

Finley just after recalling off a cat he found hidden in the sand dune grass! At least Finley's recall when it comes to random animals is great, unlike his recall with random dead things. Although he's getting better with that! 😄🙌🏻

I’m always wishing I lived a little closer to the coast with how often we go to the beach… But at the same time, theres something therapeutic about making the almost 2 hour drive every time we go. With just me and my dogs and the windows down, it gives time to think and shake off the stresses of the day. Its a beautiful drive for the most part and the last half hour is spent driving through nothing but endless rolling hills and sea breeze. I get a feeling like we’re entering a different world, where time doesn’t matter and I’m caught up entirely in the moment and the joy of it. It somehow doesn’t matter if we’re there for the day or just an hour. The time never goes by too fast or too slow, we just stay till the sun sets and I leave with two tired, happy pups, a full heart and refreshed soul, and a long drive under the stars to reflect on it all.
