I visit with this lovely lady each week....my God mother, my grandmother 👸🏻. She is 98 years young 🙌🏻 born in the year of prohibition🥂 and was looking and feeling great today! She saw me and said my name!! It was so nice to see her and talk to her about the snow, about her sisters, about when she worked at the store in downtown Santa Fe in the 1930’s and 40’s. This woman has seen it all, and lived through so much change, joy, heartache....she is always giving it to me straight..reminding me to eliminate my excuses and live my life. I cherish this time with her and I hope that my daughter has the same 💥🔥and 💪🏼 as she does.

Sunday Training (Week 3 Deadlift). What’s good Peeps?! Hamstrings, Obliques, and Chest need a lot of work this week since I failed 655 lbs below my knees which is an immediate adjustment to work on weaknesses (Sharpen Your Axe) to improve upon strengths (Chop a Tree Down).
