Sometimes you feel tired, and that’s okay.
My posts haven’t been as regular this week, and I’m apologizing to you for that. But a sweet friend reminded me tonight that I need to give myself some grace! I started a new workout program Monday and my body is saying WTF KATIE!! And at the same time, I started a new nutrition program where Im eating MORE food than I’ve ever ate before and they are all GOOD for you foods. So my body is detoxing the old and adjusting to all these changes!
I’m focusing really hard on myself this week because if I stay on top of my physical and emotional well being, I’ll be able to better serve you.
AND good news is I feel waaaay better today than I have all week so I definitely am on the up and up!! I have more energy today, I feel happier, I feel STRONGER! So HECK YES to new challenges 👊🏼 It’s important to give yourself grace. Don’t be too hard on yourself, it’s not worth it. The words you speak to yourself become your truth. Let them be words of love and positivity.
I’m signing off to finish out my day with self care and a solid 8+ hours of sleep!!! See you tomorrow my sweet friends.
“Giving up is NOT an option” - - > today we had a lot of balance workouts and this particular one I struggled with . I kept falling down and I could have easily giving up. But I kept at it and kept telling myself “O N E D A Y” I will get there
