I was told I was never going to be able to squat below parallel because of my soleus but I’ve been working on ROM for YEARS now and it got muuuch better - still not great though. .
Mobility work is not a one day thing, don’t expect to do drills once a month and get results on something you’ve been f*cking up your entire life. It I’ll take time!

There is a huge difference between going to the gym and actually killing the gym!
❌Are you going to the gym on a regular basis to feel better and work towards you goals? Are you getting closer to these goals?
❌If you are not, ask yourself if you are really going all out at the gym and pushing yourself as hard as you can?
❌Yes, you are going to get benefits from the exercise but are you really getting as much as you should from the workout??
❌if you are working out today, I challenge you to push a little bit harder in you cardio, lift a little heavier weight than before, or try a new more challenging exercise. The only way to know your true potential is to step outside your comfort zone!
