Cleansing: I recommend all skin types (yes, acne-and-oily-skin people I’m looking at you) to only wash their faces in the PM
Avoid washing your face in the AM in order to preserve natural oils: These oils are beneficial and are going to protect our skin from drying
When it comes to products, I only use soap-free, non irritating formulas and wash my face with lukewarm & cold water
It's never too late.... for carbs? .
Legit, carbs after dark aren't going to make the world end. Also detox tea doesn't make you skinny, juice cleanses aren't nutritionally balanced and sugar isn't the devil 🤷🏻♀️

I was in class yesterday & came to the revelation that a lot of what we're told in university is an attempt to undo what we were taught in elementary/secondary school. An attempt to unwire the passivity in which we accepted everything we were told, and were conditioned towards simplistic, patterned ways of thinking. Of course there are beneficial aspects of curriculum, but just wondering why it has to be that way 😶 This is my attempt at cleansing the soul of all negativity 😂 Try it! Happy Monday.

Day 8 Cleanse Schedule in Instastories
Our cleanse schedule today ends with 20 minutes of “Connecting”. This should be done by disconnecting from all devices and connecting with someone in your circle - use physical touch when possible to express sincerity as you connect. Here are some ideas:
- Play with your child and touch their shoulder or hand to express your connectedness and active presence. 👩👦
- Hold your husband’s hand while chatting about the good stuff. 👫
- Offer an AromaTouch hand massage to a friend 🤝
- Call your mom or a grandparents just to chat 👴🏼👵🏼
- Hug someone.. 💗 You both need it.
