One step forward, two steps back. We woke up to another break-in this morning. Thankfully no one was hurt or harmed, just property damage and petty theft. I know the businesses in our surrounding area have been suffering due to the increase of homeless and drug addicts. This Isn't the first time, and is getting a bit much. I'm sure Devonshire DivisionPD has their hands full trying to keep their neighborhoods safe. I just wish they could do better because Chatsworth IS scary at night, and it wasn't that way for a long time. Thoughts of a concerned small business owner... #damn#breakin#chatsworth#westend#concerned#lessisters2014#bounceback
We thought Mum & Nana were taking us for a run up the moors... Nearly 8 miles 😰 Ralph got straight in and hasn’t moved off his sofa, I’ve crashed out on the stairs and everyone has to step over me... Mum, not again 😐🐾
Did you know that the UK’s greenhouse story started in the gardens of @chatsworthofficial ? Joseph Paxton worked there in the 1800s and helped cultivate the Cavendish banana and his team were the first to produce a flower from the Victoria regia (aka the giant lily pads we know and love in greenhouses around the world today). He designed and oversaw the build of a HUGE conservatory there but it cost waaaay too much to run, was demolished and is now a maze of Yew hedging. There’s your weekend learning, now you can relax and indulge in whatever Saturday brings. 👍🏼🌿🏢 #HaarkonGreenhouseTour#GreenhouseHunter
